Wow, the holidays flew by and here we are in 2017! This January, we are focusing on all the ways we can enrich our lives, feel great, live above the wellness line, and simply live better. Integrated Women's Wellness & Center for Birth is SO much more than a birth center- we are a complete wellness center with a holistic, integrative approach, and a focus on wellness education. No matter if you are planning the birth of your baby, or if you are struggling with chronic health problems that need to be resolved- we are for you.
